Michael Scuse was sworn in yesterday as the new under secretary for Farm and Foreign Agricultural Services. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack appointed Scuse after serving nearly a year as acting under secretary. Prior to that, Scuse worked as Secretary of Agriculture for the state of Delaware and served as chief of staff for Gov. Ruth Ann Minner.
