Neb. FSA Ignites 16 Families to Start Community People’s Garden

The Nebraska Farm Service Agency has encouraged 16 families in the Harvard city area to come together and create a community People’s Garden. “I prefer to help people help themselves,” said David Studnicka, Clay County FSA executive director.
