TN State Committee Member Dies; Remembered for Dedication to FSA

Tennessee State Committee member Milford Snodgrass died on Saturday Aug. 6, after a brief battle with cancer. Snodgrass — the only African-American committee member — owned and operated a 250 acre farm, growing corn and hay, and raising cattle. He is survived by his wife Sylvia, son Todd Goins, granddaughter Iva Lynn, daughter Tahlena Snodgrass and grandchildren Ethan, Joshua and McKelia, all of Tazewell, Tenn.
