Less Than Two Weeks Remain to Vote in County Committee Elections

Producers have less than two weeks to vote in the 2011 County Committee Elections. All ballots must be turned in to local USDA Service Centers or mailed with a postmark dated no later than Dec. 5. County committee members provide a link between the agricultural community and USDA by helping to deliver FSA programs at the local level. Currently, about 7,700 county committee members serve in 2,244 FSA offices nationwide. Read more.
