The BP oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico that is adding 5,000 barrels of crude oil a day to the waterways could disrupt the largest grain-shipping port in the U.S. More than half of the grain inspected for export from the U.S. is shipped from the mouth of the Mississippi river. The oil, which began leaking from an undersea well after a drilling rig exploded, began washing ashore in Louisiana on Saturday and is expected to reach Florida this week.
