Green Cuisine Reigns Supreme at Minnesota State Office

Green Eggs Ham
In the sage words of Kermit the Frog, “It’s not easy being green,” unless of course you are in St. Paul, Minn. on St. Patrick’s Day. While the city and state prepared for the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade, staff members at the Minnesota state office took a break to enjoy a little green of their own.

The staff was treated to a breakfast where green cuisine reigned supreme including green eggs, juice and St patricks day pancakes, all prepared by the FISH Committee. FISH is a teambuilding, workplace enhancing philosophy developed by ChartHouse International Learning Corporation. The FISH philosophy was implemented in the Minnesota state office in 2000.

The FISH Committee, which is comprised of employee volunteers, develops special team building events throughout the year including an annual FSA cook-off, ice cream social, back to school luncheon and the Minnesota fishing opener.
