Farm-To-Table Movement Catalyst for Compost Hauling Companies

The farm-to-table movement has been responsible for the creation of a new type of business — mobile composting. With the restaurant business being a wasteful business, many states are passing laws making composting mandatory, but space has become an issue. Compost hauling companies have cropped up in order to fill that gap. The companies use vehicles to tow tons of food scraps away from businesses and farms and deliver them to a composting facility.
